Pictures from Kansas City's Toy and Miniture Museum
For about 9 months my boyfr. lived in Kansas City (for work reasons). Before a trip out there I did research on fun things we could do, places to visit, etc. I found the perfect place and a must see Kansas City's Toy and Miniature Museum. We had NO idea what were getting ourselves into, but of course I was very excited! A museum filled with my favorite obsession, and 3 floors of it! Needless to say lots of dollhouses and the fun things that go inside of them. Lots of the dollhouses were set-up so that a little story was being told. I was in HEAVEN!
Here are some (not all) of the pictures...

Inside the same house; grandmother watching grandson preform magic, cat asleep on the chair hanger on the door... so many I can't even name!

Front of the house pictured above (patio to the right of the picture). Such details; people talking outside the house, a women visible through the window...
Not a dollhouse, but scene of ballerinas on stage, you are even able to see what is going on behind the curtain (not pictured)

A scene outside of a dollhouse; little girl playing with a water pump/bucket, grandfather sleeping on the front porch, toys all around, details with flowers and plants and can you spy the airplane on the roof? Someone was playing with it earlier I guess and it got away!
